Wright or Not

This is a simple but elegantly lettered, mid-century, American monogram, featuring the initials “LHJ.” The design is a true testament to the statement, Less is More, with its smooth, rolled edges and softly reflective surface.  The twisted detachable bail adds a bit of a stylish flare without taking away from the delicacy of the pendant.

       Frank Lloyd Wright or Not?

Hidden within the iron scroll work of the spiral staircase banister is an LHJ monogram that is a mystery no one has solved.  Owner after owner has performed countless hours of research and no satisfactory answer has been found.  Architect Frank Lloyd Wright was renowned for his attention to detail.  He was also known for designing his structures to mesh with their surroundings.  Was this the case?  Did this monogram simply flow well with his design; or are these initials, scrawled in iron, connected to Mr. Wright personally?  Mysterious or not, the beautifully simplistic design of this LHJ monogram transcends the ages, and we may never know the truth of Mr Wright's intentions.
