       Agent Maxwell; At Your Service

Shrieking, I jumped as two men fell into the sleeper cabin I occupied.  They were shouting and fighting and one man had a gun drawn. Shrinking back into the bed, I looked out the small train window. There was no way out of this room, whether inside or outside of the train; because we we passing through the Alps of Switzerland.  I clutched the pendant I had only just received from my fiancé at the Bahnhof in Heidelburg and instinctively  raised my eyes heavenward.  Just then the handsome man in the suit knocked out the man holding the gun.   He looked over at me, asked my name and if I was all right.  Cathleen Victoria Cavanaugh," I said, "and yes, I seem to be fine.  And your name, sir?"  "Maxwell, Agent Maxwell at your service, ma’am."
