Slowly, we crept through the dark, narrow corridor of the cave. With our torches lifted above our heads, we searched the rocks high and low. We were on a quest for the carving that would match the amulet inscribed with the cryptic UT cipher, for it would release the magic lock on the door to the inner chamber. Suddenly, someone shouted, "I found it!" Impulsively, our leader ripped the enchanted amulet from the leather cord around his neck, positioning it face down and locking it into place. Then the earth began to quake. We stood like statues, watching the doors slowly slide apart, revealing the golden treasure that was hidden centuries ago.
